We all have a certain group of friends who are our main bros. Now, what is better than going out and partying with all your bros at the same time? The answer is simple: Bro trips. We’ve all been on them. If you fly or make a road trip out of it, it makes no difference. Nothing beats a weekend getaway with the boys filled with booze, girls, and questionable decision-making. After all isn’t that the recipe for most great stories?
So here I’ve assembled a list of 5 places you need to go. Enjoy!
Atlantic City
This one is a classic. AC has been around for decades and even though it’s been in a bit of a decline in the past year, it’s still a great time. Being that it’s only two and a half hours outside of NYC, you can’t beat it. The nightlife is great and the girls you’ll encounter there aren’t too bad either. Get a few rooms for the weekend and a table at HQ and just let the good times roll. Also, there is gambling. Who doesn’t like feeling like a member of high society letting it ride on black at the roulette table?! No one that’s who!
The Hamptons
Ah good old Long Island. The Hamptons is the heart of the island out east. This trip isn’t so much nightlife oriented; it falls more on the day drinking side of the party spectrum. Beautiful beaches filled with beautiful women, boating, fishing trips, and especially the Boardy Barn are what make the Hamptons stand out. Picture 500 kids covered in stickers, between the ages of 21 and 25, all with the main goal of getting blackout drunk off two dollar bud lights while they sing “Bye Bye Ms. American Pie.” That’s the Boardy Barn. Not the brightest light in the Hamptons but it definitely keeps people coming back.
Montreal
I just had to throw an international destination into the mix. The best way I can describe Montreal is like going to Europe but not as expensive, and there’s also pretty much no rules. It’s a beautiful city with a great nightlife scene, and much more friendly strippers and messieurs than you’ll find in the states. You guys picking up what I’m putting down?
Ocean City, MD
Ocean City, Maryland boys! This is my sleeper pick in the bunch because not many people out there fully understand how magical of a place this is. I have one word for you and it’s the only thing you need to know about OC. SEACRETS. Seacrets is the best bar I have ever been to and its not even close. Between the beach bar, the live music, the nightclub, the bay where you can hang out in the water on inflatable rafts, or the amazing frozen drinks, it’s near impossible to chose a favorite part. Its safe to say, as far as beach towns go, that the jersey shore no longer reigns supreme. Long live Ocean City!
VEGAS
Last but certainly not least, no list of vacation spots could call itself complete without Vegas on them. Sin City, the Mecca, the entertainment capital of the world. Vegas is a place where the men are separated from the boys, friends become brothers, and the stories will live on for a life time. World class DJs play around the clock at every nightclub/pool party, the clubs themselves are top notch and the women out there can’t be beat. Everyone is there with the same goal to have a wild, unforgettable weekend. Vegas is also home to some of the best casinos in the entire world. I promise you wont find a better place to lose your money…or who knows? Maybe you and your buddies will hit it big on the black jack table, but probably not.
